Sunset loop — Lake Artemesia
Easy paved trail around the lake, beginner friendly. We meet at the gazebo, walk about 45 minutes, optional boba after on Route 1.
Open study — McKeldin Library lawn
Outdoor tables if weather is nice; otherwise we migrate inside McKeldin. Quiet chit-chat only—headphones welcome for deep focus blocks.
Coffee & code — The Board and Brew
Low-key coworking for students and locals. Bring a laptop; we share the big table near the window. First coffee is on whoever arrives latest.
Terp watch party — Varsity Sports Grill
Maryland basketball on the big screens, plenty of seating. Wear black and gold; food specials until tipoff. RSVP by showing up early.
Farmers market morning stroll
Walk through the Sunday market, sample pastries, and grab produce for the week. Meet at the main entrance arch at 9 sharp.
Route 1 trivia night
General knowledge, pop culture, and one impossible UMD history round. Teams of up to four; winners get gift cards from the venue.
